By accepting this cake agreement and paying a deposit, you agree to be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Sweetly Yours - Cakes By Yusra.
Please be aware that all photographs taken of your cakes prior to delivery remain property of Sweetly Yours - Cakes By Yusra.

Deposit & Balance Payment

A 50% deposit (via bank transfer or cash) is required to confirm a booking.
No order will commence until a deposit has been paid.
The balance should be paid 3 days prior to the pick up date.

Cancellations/Change Of Date

The deposits are non-refundable.
But the order date can be changed 14 days prior and according to availability.

Damage After Pickup

Sweetly Yours is not responsible for the damage after the pick up.
However, we will assisst you if the damage can be fixed.

Variations From Pictured Items

Every cake is hand-crafted and may result in some variations in colour and texture to those requested images.
The photos are for reference only as no cake can be exactly replicated but it will be a close match.

Notice

The notice depends on the availability of the slot.
Usually 3-4 weeks notice is enough but sometimes slots for the weekends get booked out well in advance.
It is earlier the better if your party is on the weekend

Delivery

There are limited delivery slots available.
The delivery is available only within 25km radius of Oakhurst.
